By purchasing design you buy only an individual license for each stamp. This enables you to use this stamp for your handmade and hand-colored cards and projects only. Any mass production of my stamps, copying, lending, sharing, putting online, reselling as digital or rubberstamp is PROHIBITED. You are permitted to sell your hand-stamped projects though. In this case make sure to credit for the stamped images to Cynthialoowho. 

Simply paying for an image does not mean you own the copyright. Unless copyrights are transferred and are bought and paid by you, Cynthialoowho owns the copyright to all her designs.
