3 Day Egg Fast

SO here it is a couple weeks from my trip to Hawaii and I want to drop some weight quick. I’m choosing an egg fast because a water fast just won’t work right now. I made some homemade mayo to make sure there were no hidden sugars or carbs. Here is the recipe I followed (I did add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, and 2 tsp lemon juice). Next time I will omit the onion powder.

Day 1

Morning weight: 162

Water

Black coffee with 1 tsp Chocolate Caramel Truffle Skinny Syrup, 1 tsp mct oil

Water

Late Breakfast 1:00 pm: 2 hard boiled eggs chopped, 2 tbsp homemade mayo, tsp mustard.

3:00 pm: Black coffee with 1 tsp Chocolate Caramel Truffle Skinny Syrup, 1 tsp mct oil

Dinner 7:30 pm: 3 eggs scrambled in 2 tbsp butter and .9 oz mozzarella, 12 oz powerade 0.

Magnesium

Night weight: 162

Day 2

Morning weight: 159.8

Water

Black coffee with 1 tsp Chocolate Caramel Truffle Skinny Syrup

Breakfast 6:30 am: 1 deviled egg made with 1 tbsp homemade mayo

Lunch 10 am: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp homemade mayo

Coffee with 1 tsp Chocolate Caramel Truffle Skinny Syrup

Water

Snack 3:00 pm: Hard boiled egg, 1 tbsp homemade mayo

Dinner: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp homemade mayo, 1/2 oz mozzarella

Night weight: 162

Day 3

Morning weight: 160

Breakfast 10:30: hard boiled egg, 1 tbsp homemade mayo

Coffee with 1 tsp Chocolate Caramel Truffle Skinny Syrup

Lunch 3:30: Egg Waffle, mix 2 eggs, 2 oz cream cheese, and skinny syrup or sweetener of choice in blender, let sit for a minute and pour in waffle maker till done. Use sugar free maple syrup and butter for topping. Made 1 1/2 waffles.

Dinner 8:00: Fried egg

Night weight: 160

Day 4

Morning weight: 158

NO WAY am I eating an egg right now!!! So I guess the egg fast just didn’t work for me, although I didn’t lose much weight I do feel thinner. I did not do a transition back to keto because I just couldn’t eat another egg.

I just weighed myself and I’m 160 again. So I’m going to have to just keep on ketoing on!

Please do not try any fasts of any kind without contacting your physician first. This fasts works for some just not me.

Hawaii in 1 week woohoo!!! I’m excited and although I’m not another 5-10 pounds down hopefully I will lose a couple this week.
