Today’s ornament was a request by Gina, she wanted to see a shabby chic pinecone. I hope I delivered!
First I spray painted the pine cone with white matte paint. I then sprayed a coat of Salt Water Taffy Starburst spray. I added 6mm flat back cream pearls to all of the petals and added a large bobble to the bottom. Once I finished then main part I added some beautiful pink ruffle trim from One Little Dreamer, added some pearl strands and a bow. I finished the ornament off with some Snow-Tex to give it some snow. That’s it very fast, easy and a new addition to my Shabby Chic Christmas tree.

What is the “Quick Silk” pen-like device that you used to place each pearl? Where can one be purchased?
It’s a Quick Stik and I got mine at scrapbook.com for around 6 dollars.
This is lovely.
