Victorian Cuff

With just a few supplies and some beautiful Lindy’s Stamp Gang product’s you can create a beautiful cuff for a high school dance, costume party, or special occasion.
I used
some beautiful Lace from KARLAS001
and some Venice lace I colored with Lucky Shamrock Green Starburst spray and Midnight Teal two toned embossing powder. Yes I used the embossing powder on the lace and it turned out beautiful.
I also used some Rina’s Baaling, Beige Pleated trim and a beautiful Cameo.
